I use this bakery all the time and have done for over 2 years. IV never had a bad experience here and the food is always fresh and tasty. today unfortunately was a a horrid experience i was served by a lady called Debbie,who first of all told me that thay didn't have the hot pastry i had just seen and orderd,i explained i had just seen it in the hot counter,pointed out the pastry which Debbie then served to me with OUT apologizing. I then asked for a flat white coffee and i was then told she would do me a white coffee! I then explained that i don't want a white coffee i want a flat white, two totally different coffees. when i did this Debbie's eyes opened her arms droped it was very unwelcoming but i proceed to explain how to make the coffee. I don't feel that Debbie had any patient's when it came to listening to me the customer and was rude , abrupt with bad body language. Food was terrible rock hard roll had one bite and chucked it! Hardly no butter as apparently they Dident get there delivery then no salt because the lady Coudent open it to finish it all off the 1 and sandwich and 1 roll cost £9.20 absolutely ridiculous!!
