Fantastic food but really sad I can't use them any more for delivery. It seems they are always unavailable for delivery on Just eat. And their own site which does do delivery uses a provider I have never heard of, and which only accepts credit card details. In this day and age that is unacceptable. Banks will no longer refund fraud when you have provided your details to a company, so you NEVER provide card details to any website you don't already know very well. I have never heard of 'ordere'. They need to support PayPal/Google/Amazon pay before I will ever use them. It's too bad but online is all about reputation before all else. No reputation, no value. Ordere have no reputation, so must borrow it from PayPal or the like in order to do business. And I almost never have cash these days. And don't do business with any company where I have to read my card details over the phone. As I say banks no longer cover this for fraud, times have changed....

This is probably the worst takeaway we have ever had. Upon collection and getting home, the food was luke warm, swimming in grease, the breads were stale and the side dishes were frozen from the freezer. I very politely returned to the restaurant a day later to advise (as customer feedback is vital, good or bad) and both waiters looked at each other and grinned. They advised that the manager would be in contact. Unsurprisingly I haven't heard a word from him. If you want a good Curry in Oxted, walk past the Golden bengal and go the to Gurka Kitchen by the station. Same price. 700%...

Ordered a takeaway for collection.

Unfortunately, there were many issues: Arrived at requested time. Had to wait 25 minutes further before the order was ready, and the food was still only luke warm. The biryani was missing its associated vegetable curry. The birayni tasted of washing up liquid/ chemicals. It was inedible. A raita was a lumpy watery substance with sad bits of cucumber at the bottom A chicken tikka masala was OK but relatively poor quality.

Overall, a rather negative experience and we sadly won't be...
