Utter contempt towards customers. Zero star if possible. Walked in to place an order and the staff were obviously busy, so I waited patiently at the counter. When a member of staff (a large build young man) came to the till, the customer in front of me politely requested this member of staff for his order as it was displayed as being ready on the screen above the counter. He was totally ignored. After waiting a short while he repeated his request to a small build member of staff stretching out pizza bases, despite being busy this member of staff paused what he was doing and fetched the customer's order, this only took a secoundor two. Having received his order the customer again addressed the member of staff still the at till, stated he had requested him for his order and quite rightly stated that was rude to ignore him. This member of abruptly announced he busy and unbelievably counter accused the customer as being rude! At NO point prior to this did the customer raise his voice and at no point what so ever did he swear or use bad language. This member of staff then walked away from the till towards the back of the shop also ignoring me! Needless to say I walked out without placing an order and will not be calling again! I have worked in several customer facing roles in the past and know it only takes a couple of seconds to acknowledge a custom, even if you are busy. Read moreProbably one of the worst experiences from a Dominos branch. Placed small order of chicken kickers expecting two sauces. No sauces were delivered. Called the branch several times and kept getting put on hold. Of course I am a customer who’s paid for an order and the product has not been delivered correctly. Was told that they will find out if a driver can drop some off but still kept getting put on hold. Finally called back and asked to speak to the manager who said he can give me free things next time and sorry that my order has gone cold and has no sauces but accused me that I said I didn’t want sauces however I placed an online order which confirms that I requested the sauces. The manager then said that he will send out a box which will take over an hour because they have 50 orders to deal with bearing in mind. I’m just like any other customer who is paid for their order. Ask the manager to confirm that this is definitely been placed and that can expect the food to be delivered within the hour and the manager confirmed. I then asked the manager what his name was for reference and he went quiet and said VA and then just put the phone down. Absolutely appalling service, regardless of how busy they are. Phoned to order deal off leaflet posted through the door, told they would only accept order on App. The deal that was posted on leaflet posted through the door wasn't on the App so phoned again. Told now by a very angry staff member that would have to come in and order over the counter beforehand. Not a problem as we were collecting anyway, just trying to save time. Wife went in to order and was again confronted by very unhelpful staff that were clearly irritated at having to accept the leaflet deal. The staff behind the counter then proceeded to make obviously unnecessary coughing and spitting noises before handing over the pizza. I was unaware of this until we were back home. When told of what happened and now being too late to return, the pizza was thrown out for the foxes as we were too afraid too eat for fear of contamination.
