Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Tandridge

Disgrace. Avoid like the plague. One of their drivers came to the door with the order, threw the first box at my partner, he took it into kitchen and came back, the driver then rammed the pizza box into my partner's bad arm (he had serious shoulder surgery literally the day before, was freshly bandaged with his arm in a sling so was blatantly obvious). Must of called the branch 30+ times to complain, no one answered. Finally got through, was told they would speak to driver, who said he hadn't seen his arm was in a sling but if he had he would of tried to help more... Total lie. So basically, this company is discriminative against people with non-visisible disabilities, whether long term or temporary? No respect for their customers at all. Not once has anyone from the branch called to check my partner is ok. They had the cheek to send an email and offer my partner a free pizza... Seriously?? No thanks! We will just continue to tell as many people as possible to steer clear. Do you really want to order from a company that treats people like...

Ordered 2 pizzas, one being vegan as one of us is clearly a vegan (who would order vegan cheese otherwise, it's pretty disgusting). Got a call back and was told they had run out of vegan cheese, and asked us to swap to a different pizza. (Well you have already said that you don't have vegan cheese, so how are you going to offer a vegan friendly pizza if you have no vegan cheese? ) We told them no thanks, we'll just cancel the order please. The guy passed the phone over to someone else. "Well we can deliver one pizza tonight, and can deliver the other pizza tomorrow night for you". Erm.... No thanks. We wanted to eat it tonight. "It's only 1 pizza"... What do you mean it's only 1 pizza? It's someones dinner!" And why should we pay for 2 pizzas and get 1? We'd just like a refund! We were then told that they can't process a refund, as they don't have the authority, and we should ring back tomorrow after 5pm as there will...

Do not order, service was terrible staff was rude.i orderd 4 special garlic sources I had my order on a screen shot. There system had 4 random sauces on it, so they sent me 3 sauces I didn't order and one I did. I just asked for the refund on the sauces because I only ordered papa johns because I like the special garlic sauce they basically was rude saying they can't do anything even though they acknowledged there was in issue with the system. The potato waders and garlic pizza was dry and not nice. But the works pizza was ok. I should of read the reviews...
