It is what it is. Reasonably priced drinks and current music. Friday and Saturday nights it's the place to finish your evening. Not much to look at and not the cleanest but that's not why you go. Downstairs tends to be the younger crowd and it can feel a bit testosterone and drama filled. Upstairs is over 25s. During the week it is much quieter, but it is open later than other pubs on a week night which is good. Clientele can leave a lot to be desired on occasion, but the bouncers do a good job. Came here for pool (my team won!). Anyway, it's a night club. As far as I know, the only one in Newton Abbot still going. Drinks prices are way overpriced. Bottle of beer is £4.50. I went there on a Sunday evening, and besides the pool teams, the place was dead. No one...
