Tesco Cafe — Restaurant in Tendring

Went this morning for breakfast and sadly ended up walking out. We approached the counter to order and the lady at the till was making drinks for customers who were already seated, we were totally ignored.

She finished making the drinks and a colleague came along and offered to take the drinks to the table but she declined and took them herself. Again at no point were we acknowledged, I then looked round and she was clearing tables leaving us standing at the till. Due to this we decided to leave, it was not busy and to be ignored was nothing other than rude.

It’s a shame as the breakfast has been good in the past but for me a simple smile or a few words would have not resulted in...

Made to fill second rate because I am disabled in a power chair, with an assistance dog, I went to order my drink , suddenly the man at the till just walked over to speak to a delivery person Uber. No excuse me, so sorry but must speak to that person, or ask another employee to take my order , only when I asked a employee is there anyone going to serve me, did the till man break his talk to call out , take the order, I felt degraded , cheap, had this been America would this happen to a military...

Visited Tesco cafe Clacton on sea today 11th june 2022 Food came up Luke warm sausage I doubt if was even 60c let alone being above 65c Plate was cold which didn't help Staff member was more interested in filling up sauce station I observed meals being put on service area and staying there for over 5 minutes Cook eventually ask for it to be taken Not a good...
