Starbucks — Restaurant in Test Valley

Shocking experience- last 3 times I’ve been, they’ve done the drinks wrong. 1st time I asked for a white mocha frappe, to which a white chocolate one was made and when I corrected them, they just added the frappe roast without mixing so my drink was split. 2nd time I asked for a caramel macchiato to which I was told there was no caramel drizzle so they would add extra vanilla syrup to make up for it- this is a vanilla latte then??? And 3rd time today, I went in for a strawberry açai refresher and instead of telling me they had no strawberry pieces, proceeded to add strawberry syrup which isn’t what I asked for and makes the drink completely different. Having worked at a Starbucks myself a few months ago, I am appalled at this level of idiocy and the rudeness that I received all 3 times was horrendous. It's an OK Starbucks. They seem to constantly run out of things and a lot of the chairs are dirty, particularly in contrast to the Barton Stacey branch on the 303.

Personally, I won't be going back as the car parkS (emphasis on the plural here) are run by Euro Car Parks. A quick look at TrustPilot should tell you all you need to know. Received a PCN for using the Starbucks car park and then moving the car to the Lidl car park (to do my main shop), as ECP define them as one car park. The signage is very confusing as the white entrance sign is only on the Lidl side, as pictured, which gives the impression that they are separate car parks.

If you want to get food or sit down for a coffee before doing your shopping at Lidl, you simply can't. 90 minutes isn't enough. 20 minutes for a coffee and then your main full weekly shop? Can't be done. No wonder neighbouring Stax is...

They were OK?? It was very sloppy in there when we went in. It was off pique and the place was a mess! They got my order wrong. The coffee itself was OK, but I really had to wonder if the Starbucks corporation knew of the status of one of their shops. Would I go there again? ehhh sure! it wasn't too bad. I do enjoy Starbucks! That one?? I'm not sure. Lots of places to sit (if they can wipe those tables down!) They really should have topped up the side provisions? (Sugar, stir sticks, napkins especially there weren't any!)
