Had an order from here over the weekend (through Just Eat). Two burgers, three milkshakes, two sides (Fire Fries and regular fries).
Lets start from the ground up...
The Burgers - Arrived barely warm, dry with zero taste to them what so ever. Overcooked to the point of being burnt all over. I've had better burgers from a weekly market burger van at a fraction of the price.
The Sides - How do you screw up chips? Apparently really easily. We had a regular fries and a "Fire Fries".
"Fire Fries" - Described as "Chilli Fries" these things arrived soggy, cold and dusted in Chilli Powder, although "dusted" may not be the correct term as it looked (and tasted) like someone had just dumped a pot of chilli powder over, given them a quick toss and stuck them in a box. Found a new home at the bottom of the bin.
Regular Fries - Soggy, cold and inedible. Not even the dog would eat them, went right in the bin next to the "Fire Fries".
And finally...the Milkshakes...oh god the milkshakes
All three arrived warm and about the consistency of water. Not sure how you made them but if it wasn't just water and flavouring I'd die of shock. Everyone who had even a sip of these things regretted it shortly after as it has resulted in bad stomachs all round.
Like everything else, in the bin they went.
So to sum up. Terrible food, god awful food in fact. You couldn't pay me to order from you again. Two inedible burgers, two sides that went right in the bin and three "milk" shakes that were revolting....for £50? Your having a laugh!
Avoid like the plague!
Edit:
In response to the owners comment.
So what your telling me is that the delivery company (in this case Just Eat) cooked the meals they delivered from your restaurant? Are you having a laugh? Passing the buck onto them for the horrible food we had from your restaurant? How about taking some responsibility for the food your restaurant cooked instead of blaming one of the companies you use to run your...
Read moreWent in at 12:00pm. Only person serving was also the guy on the grill. Had to wait until he finished cooking before he gave us any attention (first bad). After we gave our order he then insisted we pay by cash. He looked at my wallet as I was getting my card to pay he pointed at my wallet and told me that I have cash and that I should use it. I said I didn't want to use cash, to which he said their internet is down and that I had to. He then went on to say that cards are not working in other stores in the area either. I walked out and went across to Starbucks and bought something with my card no problem. (so he lied to prevent me from going elsewhere - second bad) The previous time I bought something from them they also said they would prefer me to pay with cash. With what I experienced, it is clear that their preference is to avoid transactions going through a...

Just had the 'Nashville Chicken Burger' and its unbelievably good! Giant fried piece of chicken which was cooked perfectly (crispy outside and juicy on the inside), nice fresh veg inside and doughy brioche bun. Didn't put it down once for a breather it was that good.
The inside is very spacious and modern along with a large amount of seating. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They also offer takeaway for a quick grab and go like I did.
They are currently still getting finishing touches sorted such as paper menus and card machine so please do bare with them as they finalise everything.
Please go an support such a budding local business.
