We tried to visit this tea room yesterday. It opens at 10am. We got there at 10.15 and there was a closed sign on the door. It does also say times can vary at short notice, which is fair enough. What annoyed us was that there were 2 female staff members inside talking and preparing food. One made eye contact with me but chose to totally ignore us and carried on talking. I think that basic manners should come in here, as we stayed for 10 minutes outside in the foyer to see if they would at least have the courtesy to come and acknowledge us or to explain or apologise as to why they werenât open.
