Chicago Pizza — Restaurant in Tewkesbury

Had pizza delivered over a week ago and was wrong, had tomato base and I requested none on the pizza, was told they will send another which never showed up, rang them at 10.40 and they apologised and said would refund the 20.79 and send a free pizza next time, at this time it was to late to order anything else so went to bed feeling hungry. Ordered a small pizza last week and told the chap on the phone that it should be free, he said OK, the driver turned up and we had to pay for the pizza. So no refund, no free pizza and not answering my message I sent. Dont get me wrong we have used chicargo pizza for years and only ever had the wrong pizza turn up but on this occasion we are really dissapointed.

Disappointed doesn’t even come close, the pizza was over 30 minutes late. We tried calling the shop for an explanation, no one answered. We even drove down to the shop to ensure it was open and we hadn’t been scammed. The man in the shop didn’t care less, instead of apologising he began arguing with us that our food had been delivered when it clearly hadn’t been. He went on to say that the driver was on the way to our house and that he would be a further 15mins. Bare in mind we live less than a mile from the shop! When the food eventually arrived they needn’t of bothered. The sides were had sweated in the packaging and were in a pool of water, some over cooked and others under in the same package. The pizza had been squished against the lid of the box so all the toppings and cheese was on the lid with little to nothing...

OMG, first time ever trying Chicago pizza, myself, mum and my auntie we all had burger meal 1, 1/4 burger with chips and drink. The burger was absolutely amazing was nice and hot, juicy and delicious. The chips were absolutely amazing is well for £7.50 each it was definitely worth it. I will not go anywhere else now best burger yet. So so happy they have been taking over by a new company absolutely amazing.
