McDonald's — Restaurant in Thanet

During a recent visit to the drive-through, we encountered several issues with our food order and customer service. Despite repeatedly requesting sugar, it was not provided. We were informed it was included in our food bag, but it was absent upon inspection.

Furthermore, the order we received was incorrect. The food and, although coffee was provided, it was not the type we had ordered.

The enclosed receipt did not correspond to our original order or the order we received.

The unsatisfactory customer service and incorrect food made this visit disappointing. As a previous customer, I am compelled to express my dissatisfaction.

Due to time constraints resulting from an appointment, I contacted the restaurant instead of returning. While they have issued a credit for me at the restaurant, I remain dissatisfied. we ordered breakfast for my children and when it arrived it was missing items, we contacted mcdonalds and were told they couldn't do anything it was uber eats we needed to contact.

finally I found a number online and my partner called, she spoke to a nice lady who gave us the right number to contact.

we then contacted that number and was told it was to late to get our money back as we was over there policy time, I explained that we had been pushed back and forth between the two companies so it has taken a few days to get this far but they wouldn't help. so now we are out of pocket and didn't get our food.

mcdonalds restaurant need to have the right number to allow people to get there money back if they muck up the orders or have a system in place so they can refund people.

Absolutely disgusted with the level of service I had today. I originally tried to order through click and serve and it didn't work so I went into the restaurant to get my food ordered for them to tell me it had all gone through and they set me up on table service. After waiting for almost half an hour with many people coming and going with their orders I found out they hadn't even put my order through and I was waiting there for so long for absolutely no reason all because the people on the tills are completely incompetent. I would not recommend going there to anyone. This is not my first expense with this shop not meeting basic service. If you actually want your food at a decent service you may aswell go to the one on margate Road, much more helpful there with lovely staff!! They also let customers use their toilets as a makeup room with loads of girls just doing their makeup in there so I couldn't even use the toilets. Absolutely...
