So thrilled to see Jessica back at the helm of Seabells!

This isn't your average chippy. I travel down from London to eat here. The fish is unbelievably tasty, it’s cooked to perfection, no greasy residue or soggy batter here. Flaky, succulent fish always.

The service is also top-notch. Even when they're busy, the team works efficiently, and you're never waiting long for your order. Plus, they're all super friendly and always have a smile for you. Jessica’s warm and welcoming presence truly elevates the experience.

The restaurant is clean and welcoming and there is always a good atmosphere.

Really friendly staff, but I'll have to leave a negative review.

I ordered a latte & a double espresso.

I was in a rush, and I almost missed my train because there was no sense of urgency. Not only that, the milk was so hot it burned, and so did my tongue 😂 I asked for a double espresso and I believe the elder man poured hot water through the coffee grains twice, diluting the coffee 😝

I know this place is mainly fish & chips, maybe if I'm in the area I'll give them a chance with that, but I'm never going here for coffee again, can't stress that enough, especially when I'm in a rush.

Now I'm mad. 10 minutes later after its cooled down, I realise the "latte" is actually just hot milk. No coffee in it.

Have ordered from Seabell’s 3 times in just over a week, once takeaway (home delivery) and twice eat-in. All 3 times were absolutely fantastic. Food was delicious and piping hot, even the home delivery. Portion sizes are amazing and very generous, which is very much appreciated. Service is very friendly and attentive, nice to see happy and smiley servers that seem to enjoy their job. The best Seabell’s has been in years. We won’t go anywhere else now.
