After a bad experience at a cafe nearby I started coming to this place in centre of the village, although their food and drinks are a tad more expensive then some other local cafes, it is worth it for the huge range and quality of the food and cakes! The bread they use in the sandwiches and quality of the eggs they use is perfect, never had a bad coffee here either! Staff are lovely and many of them have been around for years, you can tell they are happy at work and its a good atmosphere all around! Highly reccomend a visit here.

Well, what a lovely little place.... from the moment I walked in, all the staff were kind and you could tell they liked being there! I couldn't make up my mind...as per usual 😂 So they showed me the hot and cold menu boards. As you can see, I chose a bacon and egg crusty roll with butter 🧈. I specifically asked for a runny egg đŸ„š and it was done to perfection 👌. I asked where the gypsy tart was made, and it's all local, which is awesome! So I got one! It was lush, too! Thank you, Harbour Bakery....I will be back!

Very rude staff! They gave me a fridge-cold sandwich and to my “Could you please heat it?” they responded “No, we can’t put it in the microwave. Sorry, I have another client here”. The cheese even has disgusting taste of fridge-stayed. Also, if you take take-away coffee you should go away with the empty sugar packs and stick with you, because you have no where to throw it away and the staff doesn’t even pay attention to you and are talking on the telephone.

Walked in at 7am this morning, the front door was open bread was in the window and lights were on so I thought the bakery was open. The two behind the counter both looked and said in a snappy way “We’re Not Open, Can’t Serve You”! they looked a little stressed unloading stock, so I walked out again a bit shocked! Maybe they were busy, but it doesn’t excuse the tone they used. I wasn’t aware it opened at 8am, had they said “sorry were not open yet, we open at 8am” I would of totally understood and come back. So I went to The Village Bakery up the road to buy my loaf, was greeted by a lovely gentleman and the bread is wonderful. So I will be going there for my future bread in the morning! Not a good first...

Really disappointed, the ladies behind the sandwich counter are rude, talk about you to one another as if your not stood there right in front of them. I used to eat here often but decided it’s best to take my money elsewhere. They don’t even greet you, one of them looked at me with silence and awaited me to speak. A little “Good Morning, what can I get you please” is too much too ask? And when they do say it they come over all miserable and depressed. If you don’t enjoy your job, leave. I think the establishment may improve if it wasn’t for the two grumpy ladies on the...
