The Best Beano Cafe Westgate — Restaurant in Thanet

Where do I start. I do not recommend this place at all. I ordered my food of 3 meals but I only ate because the others was so I wasn't actually hungry but when I ordered and realised my omelette was £11 I told him to cancel it (nothing had been started so no food was cooking this was still at the til) considering I wasn't wanted to eat anyways so I wasn't paying that money for just to nibble and not wanting but as soon as I'd said this he started to breakdown why it's that amount and 3 times I told him, I'm not questioning the order I just ain't wanting to eat as it was so I wasn't getting something at that price I wasn't going to eat and I'll just have toast and the 2 breakfasts and drinks I'd ordered but he's attitude after was discusting. Really uncomfortable and RUDE. the breakfast was rubbish is aswel. Half a plate of beans and 1 sausage, 1 egg, 1 bacon and 1 fried toast with half (YES HALF, NOT A FULL SLICE, BUT HALF SLICE OF BREAD AND BUTTER) slice. What's that all about and it was £8 for that. Went to the best beano cafe in Westgate today and what a disgrace and disgusting meal we had food bill come to £17 for best beano breakfast and burger brunch meal consisting of 2 beef burgers chips and beans

Firstly the bacon was so so salty it was almost inedible, the mushrooms had been deep fried to a crisp the sausage was very cheap indeed and the egg was rock hard

On the other plate the 2x burgers tasted awful and incredibly cheap and definitely inedible the chips had no potato in them just crispy shells the egg was again rock hard however the beans tasted ok on both plates

I have visited many cafes mainly in London and I can honestly say this one was by far the most expensive and served the most disgusting food I have ever had awful...

Ordered an egg baguette and surprised to see one egg had been split between the two havles, it was just bread with a slither of egg white (not even any yolk)! I asked if another egg could be added. A very rude girl came over to my table and abruptly asked what was my problem? Everyone in the cafe looked over and I felt embarrassed! Told thats how it comes and I need to pay more. I asked to change it and was told that I would need to pay extra. I asked changenorder but had no apology and made to feel a nuisance! Will not be returning here ever again.
