Corner Brew — Restaurant in Three Rivers

Lovely little corner coffee shop in the wonderful little village of Chorleywood.

As well as Coffees, Teas and Shakes etc., Corner Brew also has a small but perfectly formed menu and a decent range of very tasty cakes that just can’t be resisted.

The atmosphere is great, the coffee is great, there are some outside seats where you can watch the world go by and, from time to time - check for details, there are, with its licensed drinks selection, some Fridays night live music and drinks extravaganzas. I went here today for a late breakfast. This is an amazing find for anyone who loves good quality food, cooked well and beautifully presented. I had avocado on sourdough toast with poached eggs. Decaf latte with oat, fleshy squeezed orange juice, all delicious. I just couldn’t resist the carrot cake to take out. Ingrid is a delight and really cares for her customer. Her partner is also so passionate about food and giving great customers service. He gave me a ginger shot, which tingled on my tongue! Can’t wait to try the rest of their menu. A disappointing lunch..... My mother ordered a crepe but the feta cheese to be included was missing; the waiter/proprietor brought a plastic tub of feta to the table and with bare hands scooped out a serving of it directly onto my mother's plate. We were speechless.
