Mezze Mangal — Restaurant in Three Rivers

Awful experience I went there with my girlfriend and ordered nuggets and chips. The chips came out super greasy and the nuggets tasted like rubbers dipped in egg whites. We then tried to sit down and the guy laughed at us and said no that's for the restaurant, move. This slightly got on my nerves because a customer is a customer you don't just shove them out the door once they have ordered. When I then went to pay I dropped my coins and he then started huffing and puffing and clicking his fingers like it made a difference to his life. it wasn't like the place was busy or anything in fact we were the only people there. First time I came here I was greeted by Alex who went above and beyond for me in terms of customer service. Food was exceptional aswell. On my last two recent visits:travelled all the way to them to find out they had closed up shop early and todays visit travelled over an hour to find 2 and a half hours before closing they have finished their donner. For a Turkish establishment where majority of orders would be donner meat and chips this is unacceptable. The two stars is reflected upon the last two visits. One word to describe this establishment would be disgusting.

Just thinking about my experience give me the shivers. I went recently with a few friend and was looking forward to some nice Turkish Cuisine. After ordering a mix grill I went to the toilet to wash my hands. I saw rat dropping on route. I questioned myself if they was rat dropping and then felt like I saw something run pass me. Again I doubted myself. However after eating the food I had the worse night of my life. With little sleep suffering food poisoning....
