This my partner’s local Indian restaurant, so we eat there or get takeaways relatively often. Service is always very friendly while politely low key; the staff are attentive enough that they’ll generally approach you to take your order if you put the menu down after browsing through it, and they’re also quick to ask if you want another drink if you finish your current one.
As with most Indian eateries there’s plenty on offer for vegetarians like myself, and particular mention goes to the excellent onion bhajis, which are always really crispy and nicely spicy, and their vindaloos. We both love vindaloo and almost always go for them (with my partner generally opting for the lamb), although every meal I’ve had here has always been good. Then a king prawn puree I could fix punctures with onion Bhajis that would come in handy in a Riot. My lamb jalfrezi was unrecognisable as food let alone a Curry. The restaurants attitude was appalling. Thankfully I never have to eat here again....
