Caffè Nero — Restaurant in Tonbridge and Malling

Normally love this place but, came 3pm on a Saturday not busy at all, 2 girls at the counter are laughing and drinking iced coffee , at least 10 tables with dirty tray leftover drinks and unclean tables I am disgusted. Put my hat down and look and the top of it has cream on it. There is good coffee here and the place has comfortable seating and a selection of cakes etc. However, like other branches it seems to have a problem with air conditioning. It's well past time for senior managent to support the team here and refurbish the place. I've been twice in the last couple of days arriving to a cosy space only for the ancient AC to start blowing cold after 45 minutes. I really don't want to cross the road to somewhere else -the coffee's not as good- but I might enjoy the environment...
