Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Tonbridge and Malling

Walked for quite a while to get to this Costa shop. I was looking forward to coffee and some breakfast, and the usual relaxed and cosy atmosphere of a Costa coffee shop.

I was quite disappointed to find a note on the door, saying “due to the shortage of staff, we offer only takeaway items.” There was another note informing clients that the wi-fi did not work.

I looked inside, chairs piled on top of each other, no staff to be seen. The place looked like a ghost town. I wasn’t sure if it was even open (8:45 am). I didn’t even bother trying the door.

Quite disappointed, I headed straight to Waitrose’s cafe, where I was totally blown away by the quality of food and coffee over there.

I don’t think I will be heading to this particular Costa in the future. There is a much better...

I went to costa coffee tonbridge with my mum today There today I had a lovely cup of tea which I really enjoyed It was one of the best cups of tea I have ever had in the whole wide You have a very lovely view outside of the window Also you had very lovely music playing in the background which brings me happiness to my weekend And makes me smile It's so lovely to have some music on when I came in today The staff that work there are very kind friendly polite The service there is very good and very wonderful I had a lovely experience there today at costa coffee tonbridge This place gets it's very first 5 out of 5 star rating by me Enjoy reading your very first google review by me Have a lovely rest of your day 5...

Firstly, I had to repeat my order several times. Then I was given a medium hazelnut latte when I ordered a large. I then got told “that is a large” when it was not! I was then offered cream for my mocha, I said yes. I got my latte back and then a member of staff was extremely rude and stated that next time I should pay for cream! Yet I was asked after I paid. I then noted that they had poured the MEDIUM LATTE INTO THE LARGE CUP!!!! DISGRACEFUL!!!!! We waited OVER 10 minutes for our coffees to be made and there were four staff! Two of which was just wandering around doing nothing!!!!! The way I was treated, the service was SHOCKING!!!! Teenagers behave on a better way. I doubt I will ever return to...
