On Easter Monday, we visited Coffee on the Square en route to the nearby waterfall. After reading positive online reviews, we decided to have breakfast there. The Cafe exceeded our expectations.
Our vegan breakfast consisted of vegan sandwiches, sausages, soup, coffee, and juice. All components were fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. While it can be challenging to find a diverse selection of vegan options, Coffee on the Square provided an impressive variety.
The café’s convenience is enhanced by a complimentary car park located directly adjacent to the establishment. The interior is inviting and aesthetically pleasing, and the sale of local paintings and decorative items further contributes to its charm.

It had just started to rain and we were a bit wet but they were happy for us and our 2 dogs to grab a table. Took a piece of cake each with us for later. Yummy! I had the tomato soup which was served with the freshest most delicious bread. My husband had the jacket potato and homemade chilly which was sooo flavoursome.
Of course, with a 7 mile walk ahead of us, we had to take some cake to go. The cake was so delicious, we went back the next day to take some home with us.
