Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Torridge District

This place drives me crazy! I like my coffee black, a product it seems impossible for them to produce. Do they not realise it is the no milk coffee drinkers you should please first, well we do just drink coffee? When I go anywhere in Europe and ask for a cup of coffee I get this Guinness like product, tasting wonderfully of coffee (Sure there is some right rubbish in Europe) I am talking on average, served in a cup and saucer. Not some flat weak tasteless product served in a huge ungainly cup with an offset saucer. There is always this extremely expensive espresso machine and no one with the ability to use one. Whilst we was waiting for our drinks, the manager/ staff member Chloe was really rude and disrespectful to her staff members! We were in Costa yesterday and as soon as we walked in it was clear to see that the girl who was working was in a bad mood.
