Came into store instead of the drive through as it seemed a lovely building. However, despite being first to order specifically requesting a caramel frappe without cream came a 20 minute wait. The que was building up with customers having drinks served before us. The baristas were not taking names or stickers on cups to identify the drinks and customers were handling all drinks as they didn’t know which was theirs. All customers dirty cups and platea were left stacking up in the collection area which was disgusting.
Finally our two frappe's arrived although despite politely requesting no cream the barista put cream on mine. I advised the barista I couldn’t have cream and instead of being sincerely apologetic and remake me a fresh frappe; the barista wiped off the layer of cream and gave back the drink with cream residue.
Actually feel like a Karen writing this. But, this is no way to run a Starbucks store. There doesn't appear to be any management running to operation. This is worrying in particular when heath and safety is involved with the cleanliness and especially the health of the public where allergies are involved.
Should have binned the £5 and saved myself 20 mins and lactose...

We went early morning, no other customers inside, a few drive through customers but inside windows around seating areas had greasy finger smears, seats and window cills had food remains as did the dirty floor. Some of the food in the cabinet we took to the till apparently was only for display purposes so had to put back but then it seemed staff were unable to comprehend the simple order of standard coffee, porrage (which staff didn't then put on the order) and cheese and ham croissants which we said when asked that we didn't want heated but then we're heated anyway! With this Starbucks we'd say drive through only and hope you get the...
Read morevery unfriendly seller at the drive through window! I asked him to make a single expresso with hot milk and caramel in a small cup of coffee. Made: a big pot of milk, poured single expresso into it. When I asked to redo the coffee, they said it was the smallest cup they had (which is a lie, I've been drinking Starbucks coffee from a small single express cup for 10 years) When they said they were lying, they poured it from a big cup to a small one, instead of making it again! (one milk no coffee!) I had a free drink, they said that it was calculated, after driving a couple of meters I checked again, it was a lie, the free drink remained! Administration check which...
