I’ve been a regular at Fallone’s, purchasing Nutella milkshakes over ten times, each priced at £2.45. However, during my recent visit, an employee with a full-arm tattoo on his left arm charged me £4 for the same item. When I questioned the price increase, he insisted that £4 has been the longstanding price. Not wanting to argue, I left without further discussion. Additionally, during my last two visits, two different employees declined to use Nutella sauce in my milkshake, opting instead for a cheaper alternative from a small jerrycan, stating that this was standard for the £2.45 milkshakes. This was inconsistent with my previous experiences, where genuine Nutella was used. The frequent staff turnover at this establishment is also noticeable. These experiences have diminished my appreciation for this shop.

Rang this evening to place a DELIVERY ORDER AT 5.30pm to be told that it would be an hour for DELIVERY. We explained that we were in the motorway and it would be just as handy to collect it so I asked could I place a COLLECTION ORDER. I was then told that it didn’t matter because it would still be 45-1 hour as the fella who was in the phone said he was in his own. I then came off the motorway up the Antrim Road and pulled up outside the shop to see 2. Staff members standing talking and taking an order of a fella in the shop. I then rang back to ask could I speak to the owner to be told I’ll never be able to speak to him cause he is never in...I replied “the owners never in his own business “ I FIND THAT HARD THAT HARD TO BELIEVE.....and that if I want to pass a message on to him I this guy would pass it on.... “it would in fairness probably take who ever took the call about a year to pass the message on because he is probably working alone”

But in fairness a business that was open 30mins that was able to turn away a £25/30 order must be one heck of a business especially when you have staff turning away orders for delivery and collection. I am really disappointed and to be fair the fella was cheeky cocky and arrogant and whenever I called him out on the lie well let’s just say you could here in his voice you knew he had been caught out on a lie.

So who ever the owner is get back into your business because your staff are turning away customers on the mouth of Xmas and your staff member doesn’t care as he is walking away with a easy night at work and a pocket full...

We waited an hour and a half on our previous delivery and when it arrived it wasn’t exactly hot ! But having been customers for quite a while without problems we thought isolated incident ... tonight we have ordered over an hour and a half ago and phoned to be told it’s leaving the premises shortly !!! Totally unacceptable, don’t take the orders f you can’t deliver within a reasonable timeframe . What has caused this business to go so drastically downhill ?? Sad because it was so good . I don’t think we will be ordering again :( we gave the benefit of the doubt but this time no . It’s poor management in respect of staffing levels . 😡 if food arrives cold then that will be the...
