Based on the reviews on Just Eat I dedicded to give this place a try but was left severely disappointed. £8.40 for a combination starter for two was woefully inadequate with less than 2 inches of seaweed and probably the saltiest seaweed I have ever had. That salt issue followed the whole meal, some people may like this but it was to over-powering.
The main meal , Singapore Vermicelli (Spicy) was exactly what they said. Full of taste but ridiculously spicy, My partner tasted it and tried to stop me eating it as it was so ridiculously hot. I persevered and eat it but it was more a meal of attrition rather than enjoyment.
My Partner main meal, Chicken ChowMein was a mish mash with pretty much full in-sliced mushrooms and a weird combination of sauce. She commented it was like eating Dark and Light Soy Sauce at the same time and wasn't to her taste.
Value for money for me was poor with no free prawn crackers even with a spend of over £20.00 but I kept it at 3 stars rather than 2 as the food was tasty if not to our tastes. Obviously a talented chef and the meat ingredients seemed good quality but you certainly...

They got out order COMPLETELY WRONG and missed a meal off, when he rang they actually argued that we gave the wrong order. Tried to refuse to correct there mistake and blame us and we then simply asked for a refund (agreeing to give the food back as it was unopened) the tried to refuse and continued to argue.
Didnt want to take any responsibility for their mistakes.
So i took the food back to the shop in person to which they was still arguing we are wrong. But they got their food back and we got our refund.
I didnt even get the try the food to comment on that but I can make comment on The customer service from this takeaway, which was absolutely terrible and disrespectful. For something that could have been easily fixed, the patronising and argumentative we got was a joke.
Will definitely NOT be ordering from them again and I'll never recommend them to anyone else. The standards of service are extremely poor and I suggest they get to working on how they speak to the...
Read moreAs someone who moved from Hong Kong to the UK, finding truly authentic Hong Kong-style roast meat is a rare gem! This restaurant perfectly captures the taste of home, especially their char siu (BBQ pork)—it’s simply incredible! The outer layer is slightly caramelized, the meat is tender and juicy, with a perfect balance of sweetness without being overwhelming. It’s worlds apart from the dry and bland char siu you often find in other Chinese takeaways. Paired with fluffy white rice, every bite brings back memories of enjoying roast meat rice back in Hong Kong.
The staff are friendly, the restaurant is clean and well-maintained, and the prices are very reasonable. Whether you’re craving a taste of home or want to experience real Hong Kong-style roast meats, this is the place to go. Highly...
