Placed an order last Friday 7th after 1hr it hadn't been accepted so I thought, that's odd usually I have my food within a hour (I've ordered here a few times). I called the restaurant to be told there were no drivers at the minute, so I had to ask is it not coming tonight then? "I don't think so" was the reply. I then had to ask will you be cancelling and refunding my order then? To which I was told she will let the manager know. Come Tuesday my card had been charged for the order so I made a call again and spoke to a gentleman who told me it should have been cancelled to wait one more day for the refund and call back after 6pm. Wednesday I do this and speak to the Manager. He had not been told the situation from either of the 2 I had spoken to prior. He did offer to send the order but at this point I just wanted a refund. He told me he will get in touch with the provider to ask them why my order was still open and not cancelled/refunded and that HE WOULD CALL ME the following day at 5pm. It's now Friday and a whole week after I placed my order, no food and no refund. Still waiting for that call back I...

This was an amazing experience. Me and my sister were looking for a decent place to eat some ice cream and this place was one of the best I have gone to. The staff were so polite, funny and nice to talk to and the service was extremely quick. We had a great laugh with the employees. I ordered an ice cream and my taste buds were in awe of the flavour and texture of this ice cream. This place was also extremely aesthetically pleasing. I had a great time listening to the playlist that was on the speakers as well. All of my senses had enjoyed this experience. They even have really engaging and fun challenges, for example this month you can win a £10 gift card from the shop if you post a picture of you in the store on instagram, tiktok or Facebook and tag the ice cream place, and they are different every month,This ice cream place is the best for any occasion: celebrating, wanting to cheer up, going out with friends or even just for some ice cream and I would definitely recommend...

my recent dessert order. When it arrived, the dish was freezing cold, which made it unappetizing from the start. Additionally, the pancakes were completely dry with no sauce on them at all, and the bottom layer had barely any sauce. The overall quality was poor, and I ended up having to throw the entire thing away because it was inedible.

What frustrated me further was the lack of any customer service response. When I called to express my concerns, the person on the phone was incredibly rude and acted as if they couldn’t hear me properly. Not once was I offered a refund or any form of compensation, despite the fact that the meal was clearly not up to the standard expected.
