Ceresis — Restaurant in Trafford

I went to this shop which represents a small space of Italy in the heart of Sale Moor. The characteristics of this shop are the Owners, Valentina and Marco because they prepare specialities and run their business with a lot of passion. They are very friendly warm and genuine. You can feel the true taste of Italy when you try their specialties. They prepare an authentic Italian Rome Pizza from Bonci School, focaccia ( spelt focaccia is the must) and amazing sweets.( Nutella croissant or Crema Croissant) Ceresis is the best place in Manchester to find these kinds of specialties.

Wonderful authentic pizza. One slice is more than enough, it’s so filling! As we’re vegetarian we went for the Margherita and the lady was super helpful in letting us know the available toppings to spruce ours up: they included kale, peppers, potatoes, courgettes, and mushrooms. It was scrumptious and I’ve never had a pizza like it before! One thing I will say is with the generous amount of heavy toppings it is quite difficult to eat, so I’d recommend taking it home and eating it with a knife and fork so you don’t waste any of...

I’ve been waiting an year to go to Ceresis and it was totally worth the waiting. I live in Manchester, but I’m from Rome like Marco and Valentina, the owners, and it was like going back to Rome for a moment.

They’re friendly and professional and the food is great, pizza’s as light as air. But the best part for me is that their shop is precisely what I would expect to find in my hometown.
