I’ve known Alina and Gage for years through the coffee industry, but let me be clear: every visit I’ve made to Salemoon including my very first back in April 2024 has been as a paying customer. And every single one of those visits has left me inspired, energised, and proud.

The cafe I've been waiting for! If you love coffee and want to try excellently brewed coffee where you can detect/enjoy the flavour notes of each bean then come here. I've searched a lot of cafes to find a place where they prepare coffee to a high level that brings the profile of beans to life but unfortunately haven't been able to find one in Manchester. I'm really glad this place has opened up in Sale and I hope they do well. Pastries looked delicious as well!
