Dou Bagels Cafe — Restaurant in Trafford

I couldn’t love this place more if I tried ❤️ The staff are some of the friendliest people you will ever meet. Their bagels are on another level. On this visit I had a salmon bagel. I’ve also had the chicken caesar and cheeseburger bagel. All of which are extremely delicious 😋 my favourite is probably the chicken caesar. In terms of a side to go with your bagel, you have to try their basket of chips. They are without a doubt the best chips I’ve ever had. Crunchy on the outside and nice and soft on the inside 😍 I’m a big hit chocolate fan and they do a lovely hot chocolate with marshmallows and whipped cream. Very good coffee and fresh pastry selection!

There aren’t many local cafes on Flixton road where you can buy a coffee to takeout so I’m always happy to find one that does. I ordered a vanilla latte and I have to say it’s the best I’ve had in a while. They also had a variety of pastry options but most of them were gone when I went (I came early afternoon). So I just opted for a classic pain au chocolat

Staff are very friendly which is a HUGE bonus considering I did not have a positive experience with another coffee shop on flixton road (lol). I think this is going to be my regular coffee shop from now on!

Absolute gem of a café. Came here in the morning before an appointment and grabbed a flat white which tasted great and was served with a smile! Decided to return later in the day to try the salt beef bagel i spotted on the menu and it did not disappoint! A much better salt beef bagel than i can get in Manchester city center, and the price is great too! I recommend giving this place a try if you haven't yet (It is dog friendly too so you might make some 4 legged...
