Marie and Emma are simply incredible bakers! They prepared my 30th birthday macaron cake a few years ago and it was so tasty that we knew that we wanted them to make our wedding cake and they did not disappoint! It was so beautiful and it surpassed all expectations! The attention to detail was phenomenal; from the gold-speckled macarons, to the individually placed sprinkles and of course to the fantastic taste of both the macarons and the cake!

Our guests couldn’t stop talking about it and it actually became one of our most treasured memories from the day because after we did the cake cutting, we invited the guests up to take a macaron and they basically swarmed the cake! It was amazing to see. We’ve also never been to a wedding where all of the cake was eaten during the actual wedding - a testament to just how delicious it was!

We used The English Rose Bakery to make our wedding Cake/Macaron tower and it was absolutely perfect. The colours were sensational and matched our decor and colour scheme perfectly.

Our guests comments about the tower have been amazing, saying it was so original and they have never seen a ‘cake’ like it, such a good idea and absolutely delicious 😋 every single macaron was eaten before the end of the evening, sadly I was late getting to them and I only had 1!!!! 🙈😄 The cake was also gorgeous and exactly what I wanted.

Emma and Marie were a pleasure to work with very accommodating and helpful. They made decisions so easy to make and completely stress free. I will definitely use them again!!!!

My Husband purchased a Macaron Masterclass for us to do together, as I’ve always wanted to master the French macaron after all of my previous attempts have failed. Emma was a perfect host and teacher. She was so lovely and patient and really clearly explained everything. She supervised us making our own batch and we got to decorate some pre-made shells. The atmosphere for the whole day was so relaxed and friendly. There are copious amounts of tea/coffee if you want them, and the facilities are very clean. We had a fabulous time, it was more than worth the drive from Yorkshire! I would recommend this class to anyone who wanted to learn a foolproof method for macaron making! Thank you...
