Staff member is called Sue (assuming she manager)

Shes BULLYING/RUDE other staff members talking down to them and belittling them

FEELING LIKE OTHER STAFF ARE TOO SCARED OFF HER TOO MENTION ANYTHING

Sue is rude to customers giving horrible attitude like its out fault we scanned the app before we paid and didnt tell her (she never asks) OR asking for more products Treats customers so bad

Is it me or are pasties shrinking whilst the prices are increasing? I'm a daily visitor to the Greggs nationwide chain, just like hundreds of thousands of customers. Town, country or highways I'm a regular spender due to my profession. I'm seriously looking at my food needs and may just start doing packed lunches from home. £100 plus per month would afford me a decent packed lunch. I'm not abandoning Greggs, just making them...

Nice little shop but the manager there is SO RUDE! Honestly anyone else there has always been really friendly and I've been a number of times to this one- but went recently and someone in there asked for their sandwich to be warmed up after they had already paid and she was so rude to them, going on about how they needdd to pay an extra 25p to have it heated? Really puts me off going back to this one...
