Rack — Restaurant in Trafford

I highly recommend this place and will be revisiting again.

I visited here with my girlfriend after really wanting a good sandwich. Quick google search later, this belter pops up.

We parked in the Sainsbury’s car park and walked over. (There is a £1 charge).

Easy to find on Google Maps. If you park in Tesco you can also walk there easily.

The shop is a small, cafe like unit. Really cosy and cool. There is a toilet there.

You just go up a flight of stairs in to the shop. They’re quite steep so they’re not disabled accessible. I’m sure the staff would bring it down if you asked though.

I had the chicken sandwich and salt and pepper hash brown bites. Both were absolutely delicious. They’re decent portions as well.

The chicken sandwich has really soft bread, chicken, lettuce, tomato, streaky bacon, chicken crisps and lemon and herb mayo. Unreal.

The hash browns are really crispy but soft inside. Perfect amount of S&P seasoning.

I also had a passion fruit juice.

Overall it was a quick service and great...

Rack is a delightful gem for breakfast enthusiasts. This morning, I indulged in their scrumptious salmon bagel, while my partner relished their delectable ‘spamwich’. Both were a flavorful delight, leaving us thoroughly impressed. The service was exceptional, adding to the overall pleasant experience. To sweeten our meal, we savored some delicious cakes that perfectly rounded off the morning feast alongside our homemade iced teas. Rack comes highly recommended for its mouthwatering breakfast options, impeccable service, and delightful assortment of cakes. A definite must-visit for anyone in sale. Can’t wait to go back and try their lunch menu. Prices were excellent, especially for the amount of salmon and avocado...

Sale is rapidly becoming a hive of these quirky little eateries that produce fantastic food. Rack is perched on the upper floor on Sales main shopping area.

It's worth noting that to access the shop you will need to walk down the side and then up a steep metal stairdcase, but I love that hidden away feel to the place, same as Yard Burger down the road.

Like Yard Burger, Rack is the absolute best at what they do. We've had three sanwiches now and they probably have some of the best we've ever had. The Beef Birria for example, comes with this delicious broth to dip the sanwich in. Just so good!
