I went for a little walk along the river Mersey in Sale with my daughter and we came across this fantastic little cafe in the grounds of Ashton on Mersey cricket club called the Boundary, right next door to the river, the owner, who I believe is called James was absolutely brilliant, he explained that he had only been open for a couple of days, and that most everything from the Pod in which it was housed to the shelving a decking and the table and chairs were all recycled it was impressive to say the least, the hot drinks and cakes that he served were lovely and of a decent size (I personally recommend the hot chocolate) and well priced, as autumn is fast approaching I for one will be a regular, sat outside on crisp autumn day drinking a hot beverage is my idea of bliss even if I don’t walk there, there is ample parking to one side of pod, and for the dog walkers he provides treats and water for your...
