Amazing food, kept me full on less than a tenner which is really good value for money. Great portion sizes, right temperature, cooked correctly, very filling. Can't wait to try everything on the menu. Staff are very attentive and probably the best interaction I've had in the area, with them taking interest of their customers and care. The atmosphere is great. I love the shabby-chicness of the chairs being unique and different, gives a more chilled out vibe. You can choose a softer seat or a harder one, whatever your preference is. The local art is amazing, there's something for everyone, with another wall full of really great quotes to uplift you for sure. Can't wait to come again. I'll pop over for a victory break after my exam !!! 🙌🏽

Georgia is the perfect host for this happy place. Her specialty is serving young children, the elderly and everyone in between. I tried the vegan breakfast. They were out of butter substitute, so a staff member left to go and buy some! That is great service! Food great, scone beautifully made with love, Two cuppas with oat milk. An inclusive place to sit and watch Stretfordians walk by. Ran into my childhood bestie and her Mum. What a lovely sanctuary for the hungry. Thank you, Georgia.

Great place to have late breakfast in a very good atmosphere and very pleasant and helpful staff that helped to choose nice breakfast and drinks and adjusted the menu to the best they could. The cafe has an art exhibition at the time and we had a look. If you are in a rush you can choose a box and select a dish that suit you and depends on how hungry you are at the time, which is good idea. It is just out Stretford shopping centre and not far from the metrolink 🚉

We went to Uplift yesterday for afternoon tea and WOW. It was AMAZING!!! Its the nicest Afternoon tea we have honestly ever had. Everything is so fresh and beautifully presented. Theres loads to choose from. We were asked what we would like on the sandwiches and it was all done to perfection 👌 Customer service and food 10/10 (5*) Paul & Georgina are so welcoming and friendly and really cannot do enough for you. Georgina even put "Happy Birthday" balloons up for us (which was such a nice surprise) because it was our sons birthday. He also was given a huge Oreo shake/smoothie which he said was delicious and Happy Birthday sung to him which was a lovely touch 🥰 It was my first time out since Covid and im so glad we came to Uplift. Warm welcome, friendly service, amazing food at perfect pricing. You won’t get a better breakfast or Sunday lunch anywhere else. Healthy options available. Vegetarian and vegan options are all delicious. I love all of the smoothies, the salads, the build your own boxes… oh on the teas and coffees are delicious too (we may have visited a few times!).
