To my embarrassment last night was awful.

Rude young waitress Food far too salty-inedible Rushed Food dry Food far too spicy Cold plates

So to explain, your young dark haired waitress was so rude, pushy and obnoxious. Spoke rudely, acted rudely.

The food was soooo rushed , the table was full of food, getting cold, we had absolutely no room on the table.

Then when you get to eat the food it was not good. The sweetcorn soup was soooo salty it was inedible.

Also why on earth would we leave a 10% tip when we were not happy. We left a £10 on the table for a tip which we thought was very generous considering. When we decided to remove your tip from our bill, the obnoxious waitress shouted out to you , their not paying the tip. How rude, she deserved nothing in our opinion.

The experience was very concerning. Food was lovely. But badly served. When arriving and seated, order for drinks was taken, then 2 more staff came to ask if we had been see too. After placing order, my order was incorrect. So had to ask them to change the order. There is a buffet you can order eat as much as you want on a Sunday. Or another menu. When receiving the bill, a service charge is added. Pls make sure you check your bill. There is no where written that the company will charge for this. We had asked for it to be removed. I visited late one Sunday afternoon and was amazed by how busy the place was. Clearly very popular. My issue lies with the lack of courtesy paid to a single diner (by no means up unusual), best illustrated when I asked for a coffee at the end of the meal. "No free coffee!" the harassed waiter informed me curtly. I didn't ask for a "free" coffee, just a coffee! The coffee duly arrived with milk and sugar, but no teaspoon.
