Pink Gin Fizz
Di bosco special! A wine glass is rinsed with lashings of crème de cassis and mixed with victoria lane pink gin, fentimans rose lemonade and, of course, moët & chandon or prosecco. Grapefruit is added to give that extra zest.
French 75
Tanqueray gin, fresh squeezed lemon juice and sugar syrup are strained into a champagne flute and topped with moët & chandon or prosecco. Suits you just fine...
Rhubarb And Rose Fizz
We are glad to see you back for one more! Whitley neill rhubarb and ginger gin is built with beefeater gin, freshly squeezed lemon juice, house made sugar syrup and fentimans rose lemonade. Topped with moët & chandon or prosecco and finished with edible flowers.
Kir Royale
We are yet to think of a better duo. Moët & chandon or prosecco is layered with crème de cassis.
Bellini
Moët & chandon or prosecco is added to a delicious and delicate peach blend.

Travelled from Huddersfield on a Tuesday afternoon especially to try Di Bosco. It did not disappoint generally. Huge car park but only one disabled bay that I could see. We used it. I was with my Daughter and Granddaughter. It was quite busy though not bursting. For me it was quite a trek from the car to our table. But i made it. We sat in what seemed like a conservatory but probably wasnt. We passed a display unit full of cakes but we didn't get to try any. I ordered a trio of Tapas at £14 or £5 each. Pork belly bites, chorizo balls and calamari. All totally delicious and highly recommended. My daughter shared a Bosco burger and Crispy chicken wrap with my Granddaughter. The only criticism was of the meat pattie which was rather solid and compact. A looser smashburger would be better. The table service was OK. The time it took for the food to arrive was rather long and might have upset some others. But we weren't in a rush so didn't grumble. My granddaughter was with us, courtesy of a teachers strike much to the annoyance of her slightly older brother who was at school. We all agreed that we would visit again and next time maybe for breakfast. The opening times, at the time of writing, seem a little bit underwhelming. 9 till 3 daily is hardly maximising potential. But there maybe good reasons for this especially considering hospitality trading conditions currently.

Went here based on the website advertising pancakes with maple syrup, but the menu didn't mention them. They did have waffles, but they tasted shop bought, not fresh. I suspect that the pancakes might have been drop scones (aka American pancakes, made with the same waffle mixture) rather than true, freshly made British pancakes or French crêpes, but I never got to find out anyway. The double espresso was actually a tiny cappuccino, without the chocolate shake on top. I like my coffee strong, with only a little steamed milk, as I find it tastes like Dulux emulsion otherwise, so that was also disappointing. The teacakes were bland and lacking in sufficient fruit to make them a treat. The café could do with a little air conditioning and the skylights meant that we had to move tables because the sun was right in our eyes. The decor was hotel bland, clean and neat, but lacking character. All in all, it was like a competent hotel breakfast. Not in any way great, but acceptable if you've no other place to go. If you're not fussy, it's a perfectly acceptable place to have breakfast, but if you want something with a bit more flair and a more exciting menu, you might be disappointed.

Originally visited here with my partner not long after it opened. Order hot chocolate and a latte, both if which were nicely present and tasted lovely, however was a little pricey. I asked my friend to join me here after a wonderful first experience however when I returned for a second visit I knew it was my last. Me and my friend ordered drinks and cake at the same time. My drink came first and then her cake. After 5 minutes we asked where her drink was and they said they had forgotten, although there were approximately only 5-6 customers in. Her drink finally came 15 minutes after mine and still no sign of my cake. They said they had none of the cake left that I had ordered so I asked why they hadn't told me this sooner, the waitress shrugged and walked away. Brilliant first visit, terrible second. Will not be coming here again 👍

We made a booking for a table for three, two adults and my three year old grandson. The menus on the web site give no indication when the different menus are available and due to their short opening hours mid week we expected all food to be available when we arrived just after 11.30 am. We arrived and despite being asked if we had made a reservation twice, no reservation could be found. We were given a table for six, the server said the table for two would be moved away in approx 30 mins I suggested move it now and we would have our table for four. He did this. The next server who asked if we wanted drinks informed us that the breakfast menus finished at 11.30 and no food could be ordered until 12 noon, they usually don’t take any food orders for 30 minutes. I asked if we could place the order and the kitchen could start to prepare it at 12 noon, they agreed. After about 15 mins another guest arrived and sat at the next table and within 15 minutes was served his food, the time being 12 noon. I asked how this was possible as we had been refused food and our food would only be started to be cooked at 12 noon, no proper explanation. The drinks arrived and my three year old grandson was served fresh orange with ice in a large cut glass glass. We asked it to be changed into a smaller normal drinking glass for a child, The food eventually arrived and we had no complaints. We then went to the counter to order two cakes and waited stood at the counter some considerable time before the order was taken and then it took a similar amount of time for the two cakes to arrive. All the time we sat at the table the dirty plates and empty drinks just sat on the table and we’re not removed . We made room for the cake plates. Such a shame, pleasant surroundings, good food, very poor service, poor communications, they reduced the bill by approx £10 but would have preferred to have had a good experience, seems lack of training and not...

Without doubt the best coffee I have ever had.

My wife and I went here purely by chance, as we were early for a blacksmithing experience day we had booked, & were dressed in scruffy clothes so initially felt very out of place when we walked in to such a stylish place. However none of the staff were at all bothered how we were dressed & were welcoming & friendly.

The outside of the building whilst clearly freshly decorated & very well appointed with stylish lighting & seating doesn't prepare you for how nice it is once you get inside. Once inside you have the option of a couple of different rooms each with there own feel but still with a pleasing sense of design continuity throughout. The establishment is immaculately clean right down to the toilets in fact you would be fooled into thinking that it had only opened that day it was so fresh.

The service as I have eluded to earlier is fantastic the waitress were impeccably turned out, efficient, polite & friendly even though my wife & I were dressed like tramps! The coffee really is as good as I say & is served in such a way that you know your not at any regular chain coffee shop.

Now after all of this you, like I might be expecting the price to reflect the high quality & standards........... But no our two coffees came to less than if we had purchased them from one of the big chain companies.

Just proves the point that you don't need to skin your customers just offer a great product & fantastic service its a pity we dont live near or we would become regulars! Just so the management know which staff to thank we visited on the 23/06/2018 at...
