If I could give no stars I would! Ordered at 8 all I ordered was 2 sundaes and a piece of cake. Was told it would be about 45 minutes. Gets to 9:12 no order so call again oh it’s literally just going out in a second. It’s now 9:50 and no order and now not answering! So glad I didn’t pay with card! The milkshakes are excellent, and well priced. The customer service is very good and although i wasn’t happy with my waffle I ordered (tasted stale), they did offer to replace it with something else off the menu and they got straight to work sending me my replacement items. The replacement items were very nice however so it was likely a one-off with the stale waffle. Cheers...
