We decided to give this restaurant a try as we had heard good reviews and it didn't disappoint. The place is accessible but doesn't have its own parking which was it's only issue but there are lots of place to park around it. The view is nice from outside but so cute, cosy and welcoming inside and your greeted with a smile and friendly welcome then shown too your table pretty much immediately. The restaurant is a huge restaurant but fairly decent sized with lovely decor and lighting. The menu has plenty too choose from and not over priced either. We chose the meze as I wanted to try a bit of everything and am so glad I did 😊 the selection of food was amazing so much to try but not too overwhelming. We had dips, olives and flatbread then our starter dishes to follow. The mains were the star of the show with different dishes too try, each dish had so much flavour and cooked to perfection. And top finish the amazing savory dishes we had baklava and ice cream to end our meal which was divine. The food was clearly cooked from scratch and fresh you, you could taste the sheer quality of the food. That was the best meal I had had in a long time and I will definitely be recommending this restaurant too friends and family and I can't wait...
Read moreToday we were rudely greeted by the chef of this restaurant. We were parked in the car park opposite the restaurant and had been there for approximately 30 seconds before the chef came bounding over the road with a face of thunder. He stood in front of the car and proceeded to waft his arms in our faces and rudely demand we move the car. I told him we would move after my friend had finished her phone call to which he ignored and carried on wafting his arms about. My friend turned her lights off as he shouted 'You are loosing me customers'. Even after turning the car lights off, which may I add were in a private car park across the road, he proceeded to come back with pizza boxes to cover the fencing to block the lights from entering his restaurant whilst shaking his head, which again we had already turned off. I wouldn't mind if the chef came across in a friendly manner and politely asked us to turn our lights off, but the aggression and rudeness from him was unnecessary. After reading other reviews I can see that this isn't a one off occasion! To add to this there wasn't even a single customer in...
Read moreI went to nikkos on mothers day and it was excellent .. I went again tonight with my 3year old granddaughter and my food arrived cold. It was taken back to be reheated and I couldn't eat it....I paid my bill in full £29.00 and explained that I was not happy with the food tonight..... I was yelled at by the manager who threatened to call the police..... I have never experienced this behaviour before and certainly did not appreciate it in front of a 3 year old very unprofessional and was not called for as I had paid in full and never ate the food.. It's not like I had tried to leave without paying I was just trying to explain that it was not up to the normal standard.....I would like to add that the staff and service are excellent just the manager was very aggressive tonight and I ...
