Barista's Coffee Shop — Restaurant in Wales

Visited Sunday lunch time with a friend and we had 3 kids Our 2 x 3 year olds had gone to the counter to point at what they wanted and had a conversation between themselves whilst me my friend and 1year old were sat at a table near it A woman from the kitchen proceeded to come out and shout for the whole of the cafe to hear, shout at our children to sit down as they were carrying hot drinks (bearing in mind, the woman wasn’t carrying a hot drink at the time nor following this did I see 1 person carry a hot drink out) The whole of the cafe was staring at us and it made us very uncomfortable Fair enough if she said to us do you mind asking your kids to sit down but there was none of that and also, who the hell expects 3 year olds to sit whilst you wait for your food for 30mins +? We then ate the food and when we were leaving I was putting the baby in the pram so still standing by the table, the same woman proceeded to come up to the table and pull the high chair in the middle of the aisle so I couldn’t get through the aisle with the pram and had to walk the long way round then scream into the kitchen “come out with a dust pan and brush please” then went back to eating her dinner. All whilst I was standing right by the table struggling to get the baby in the pram! The attitude on her was disgusting!!! It’s anxiety provoking enough taking your children out as a single mum but when you’re met with people like this it’s even worse. If you don’t want kids in your cafe, don’t have a kids menu! Ordered 2 full breakfasts with HOT drinks. Waited 20 minutes for the food to arrive.
