Baysville Coffee and Grill, the magical land where your wallet stays full, your belly stays happy, and your face stays smiling (from both sunshine and sugar highs).
Let’s start with the food. It’s suspiciously cheap. Like, “Am I on a hidden camera show?” cheap. But here’s the kicker—it’s actually delicious. Burgers and chips cooked to perfection with fresh salad. Also special bucket meals for the kids to eat and use after to make sandcastles on the beautiful sandy beach. The coffee’s so good it should probably have its own fan club. The tea? Let’s just say the King and Queen would approve (and maybe even fist bump the barista). Now let’s take a few steps over to the alcohol bar—Baysville’s own cheeky little rebel. It’s got just the right amount of sarcasm: the menu’s witty, the drinks are strong, and the bartender will roast you lovingly. It’s like your favourite dive bar ran away to the beach and started reading poetry. Need to cool down? The ice cream and donut bar is basically dessert heaven wearing sunglasses. Whether you want a scoop, a swirl, or a warm donut that tastes like a hug from your grandma (if she was also a pastry chef), you’re covered. And did I mention it’s all outdoors? That’s right—sunshine, good vibes, and grilled food all in one place. You’ll be eating a donut with one hand, sipping a cappuccino with the other, and wondering if you accidentally stumbled into paradise. Lastly, the staff? Angels. Actual angels. Possibly hired from a Disney movie. Friendly, welcoming, and probably capable of world peace if given the chance.
Bottom line: Baysville Coffee and Grill isn’t just a place—it’s a lifestyle. A tasty, sunny, slightly sarcastic lifestyle. Go. Now. Bring sunscreen. And...
Read moreI came across Baysville Coffee & Grill some years ago and have returned to Rhyl a lot since, and a lot of that is to do with Mike and Nisey at Baysville. With a perfect location on the beach where the kids can safely run riot by the sea whilst Mum and Dad can watch from a safe distance and enjoy a beer or a wine in the sun - and not to mention the crispy chicken wraps. I’d go just for those. Both lovely, beautiful people who make for a great and familiar, friendly and enjoyable atmosphere. Not to mention they’ve now become good friends. You won’t regret going to this place. Whether it’s for ‘one or two’ or an afternoon into the evening. It’s amazing! Love you guys,...
