Greggs — Restaurant in Wales

The staff were awful rude and very disrespectful, they threw the food on the counter at us rather than give to us. Didn’t speak to us just grunted what we asked for then told us to pay. No manors or anything was disgusting. The food we ordered was then luke warm rather than hot but I wasn’t going back to get the attitude of the staff. Then I wanted to use the toilet…..well that was awful there was toilet paper stuck everywhere to everything sink was dirty and orange inside as if never been cleaned. The toilet had wee all over it and wee stains on the top we couldn’t use it without cleaning it first. There were no hand soap either to use. The actual restaurant wasn’t too bad to sit down in but the floor looked like it hadn’t been swept all day. I am really disappointed in our visit to this Greg’s...

I go In regularly in the evening and sit in there's no hot food then so all I can order hot is T.one staff member has this habit of making me uncomfortable when I'm there telling me I'll have to leave soon even though there's another hour to go latest is that it's Greg's policy...two other staff members are very nice one sounds foreign but is always very pleasant the other young probably 17/18 but always bubbly and a smile..I'm made to feel like I shouldn't be there or a smelly tramp.when all I want is a cuppa and watch YouTube with my own router and money....I've never been disrespectful so I don't understand but hay strangers are strange....would be nice to have some hot to eat in...

One of the things I bought there the other day - a vegan sausage roll - seemed really under-cooked on the inside (obvious in terms of look, taste, and texture), and having had these in other branches, I know what they're normally like.
