A small cafe with friendly, helpful staff and food that is just gorgeous. Everything is so fresh, and you get a decent side salad with a packed full sandwich or roll. The coffee is very good quality and I can't fault the service. Cafe is dog friendly but a little cramped inside. However, there is plenty of outside seating if the weather is suitable.

Decided to pop in here to try their cappuccino and wasn’t disappointed. Real espresso machine with coffee beans grinded when I ordered. 9 out of 10 for overall taste. Staff nice a friendly and chatted to my son which is always nice to see. Place was very busy though but plenty of seats outside. Would recommend if you’re passing

One of the most fantastic places I've say in.. The food, view and the ambience... The staff are so lovely and just today I watched the gentleman (the tall one help feed one of their regulars who's in a wheelchair). I was so moved by this act. I recommend a thousand times xx .. plus it is quite friendly on the pocket.

Sadly the customer service and organisation seems to have declined recently. Having visited several times since the new management came in, we and several other customers experienced incorrect orders and excessive wait times for food and drink. We have always enjoyed visiting the Harbour Hub Cafe as the food and staff were fantastic, but on our last visit we were queuing for the best part of 30 mins to order and then another 40 mins waiting for our food. We understand that new staff need to be trained and become familiar with running of the cafe but after nearly a month things don't seem to be improving and it's not even peak season yet. We do hope that things will improve soon as we don't want to take our custom elsewhere and this review isn't aiming to be offensive; it's purely to give feedback and highlight where things need to improve as we love this little cafe. We genuinely wish you good luck for future success of the...

The Harbour Hub Cafe is a lovely little place with amazing staff. We always go here for our coffee. They serve the best Mocha. We rate all our Mocha coffees out with the Hub being the comparison. The Hub always comes out on top. The Hub cafe is situated on the Harbour so is a lovely place to sit and enjoy the view. I can highly recommend this lovely cafe. The Hub cafe appears to have been taken over as all our regular staff have gone. The staff that are currently there are all lovely amazing people but the mocha sadly is now run of the Mill. The hub used to serve the best Mocha up and down the UK. We have stopped going sadly as we go specifically for the Mocha. Still a lovely place and...

We have been to this cafe about three times as the food is of eccellent quality and value. We went today and a man came in in a wheelchair, im guessing he may of had cerebal palsy and the staff definately knew him. I was overjoyed to see a young lady member of staff feeding him his drink and she even held a tissue under his chin to catch any dribbles. How lovely that there are definately some youngsters out there that go above and beyond. I would be so proud if this young lady was my daughter. She had a little laugh with him and said see you tomorrow even though the man was non verbal. Well done...
