Beachside Cafe - Cafe ar y Traeth — Restaurant in Wales

First visit to the area and if this is a representation of customer service I would have given a zero stars. Warm milkshake and told the milk was in the fridge so nothing they could do if my milkshake was warm. They would neither give me a replacement drink or an alternative. The owners clearly do not understand that warm milkshake is not appetising. Apparently if they gave me a replacement then they would have to do it for everyone! We came here last year and had hot butties (sausage and egg ect) and they were delicious. Came back again this year and had a slice of cake each and we were not disappointed :) I had carrot cake and my husband had Victoria sponge. My son had a milkshake and the friendly lady serving brought it outside for us to save us waiting inside. Will be coming back...
