A Refreshing Break: Excellent Burger King Experience in Wales During our recent road trip from London to Wales, the craving for a good meal led us to a fantastic Burger King location that truly exceeded expectations. After a quick search for a place to satisfy our hunger for some parathas (though we settled happily for burgers!), this spot appeared, and we're so glad it did. The overall environment surrounding the restaurant was lovely, making it a pleasant stop. More importantly, the Burger King itself offered an excellent experience from the moment we walked in. The interior boasts a significantly large space, which made dining very comfortable and uncrowded—a big plus for weary travelers. The staff was incredibly cooperative and friendly. We ordered a few good burgers and cold drinks, and their service was prompt and professional. They were very accommodating, ensuring that our orders, which included making sure our snacks were prepared well and quickly, were managed efficiently. This level of customer service truly enhanced our brief but necessary pit stop. Furthermore, the restaurant was very mindful of travelers' needs. The essential facilities, such as the washrooms, were clean and well-maintained, which is always a crucial detail when you are on a long journey. The combination of a pleasant neighborhood, a spacious and clean dining area, high-quality service, and satisfying food made this Burger King a definite highlight of our drive. We would highly recommend this specific location in Wales to anyone passing through looking for a reliable, comfortable, and well-managed...
Read moreWe hadn't been for a couple of years, the old place was a bit down at heel and the staff too if truth be told. I'm glad to say this place has had a revamp and is now up to speed with friendly efficient staff, inside toilets and electricity, you didn't see the old place. Seriously, it's rather nice now since the revamp. It lost a star because of the old fire door dumped next to the drive-through and the unrelated building works spilling into the car park. I think it shares access to a property by way of its car park.
The food was up to standard, I can't say much more about the inside because I didn't leave the safety of the car. Access to the car park is easy enough if you don't get confused and turn onto the garage forecourt by mistake. I'm struggling to come up with anything outstanding about this place, it fits the burger king mould perfectly.
I would go back if/when I'm passing this way again. Handy for the Royal...
Read moreBurger King and Euro Garages have taken over little chef. What a disaster! Charging Motorway services prices in a small town for an expensive mediocre meal. Rather stop and fill up in Llandrindod Wells, Newtown or if you're going South in Brecon.
Paid over £20 for a mighty breakfast with tea for 2 people, Can get a better option in the town. The cost of the local car park on the other side of the river is mitigated by the much higher quality for the same meal or less money available in the town. Rather support the small local businesses than a huge corporate that costs a fortune to eat at.
I'm sure they'll mint it over the Royal Welsh weekend, but if you're in town for the Royal Welsh, explore the other options.
Don't forget to check your receipt either, we almost paid for someone else's food that had been added to our bill. Wish we could get the...
