Burger King — Restaurant in Wales

So I went there with my little boy and got served by a young girl I believe her name was kate, I ordered a burger meal for my son and a xl bacon burger meal for my husband to take away I explained that we were taking my husbands home for him and in fairness to the girl she put the order all through together but she held on to my husbands food and cooked it fresh for us just before we left so it would be hot for.my husband, she was so polite and made an effort to talk to my 12 yr old too which is rear these days, and even though it was busy in there we didn't feel rushed like you are In other well known fact food places, I was so touched and taken back by the amazing service I had I asked to talk to the manager (jack) and again he was so nice and so kind, just their general attitude towards me was extremely refreshing I will 100% be back thank you kate and jack for making my day a...

ABSOLUTELY VILE! We ordered food waited for about half hour made it very pacific what we want because of an food allergy yet the still couldn’t make it right after we mentioned it to the disrespectful, staff they then wanted to act as if I said I’d ran there mother over with a car then a girl with tattoos ,blonde and brown hair wanted to slag us off behind the counter absolutely appalled by the attitude and way they act over somthing that just be started with working in fast food chain (nothing fast about it) I mean how hard is it to make a plain burger avoid this place at all costs save your money it...

Another poor experience at Trecco Bay Burger King.

This BK is not open all year round so I specifically checked that it was open on the website. However despite the fact that I was already half way through my order and staff had already made the burgers, the duty manager refused to serve me as I was not part of a conference taking place on site.

If the restaurant is not open to the public it should not be shown as such on the website.
