My friend has a caravan at Maenan Abbey and we wanted a cooked breakfast on our way to Ruthin to set us up for the day. A quick search on Google found this gem of a cafe. We sat outside because the cafe is only small and was busy. Not a problem as it was a lovely sunny day. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. Properly cooked bacon and the crispiest of delicious hash browns. On the breakfast was bacon, sausage, fried mushrooms, black pudding, baked beans, hash brown and a fried egg. My friend had white toast and I had brown toast. The brown toast was delicious as it had nuts and seeds in it. My friend was quite jealous. We had a pot of tea for two. We were greeted by a lovely young lady who was very polite & friendly.
Both my wife & I ordered a regular breakfast and a large coffee,and the coffee was very good.
The breakfast was served after around 10 minutes,and it was absolutely lovely.All cooked freshly,and each item was flavoursome,no cheap pieces of bacon/sausage.
The price was £17 and you will struggle to find better.
