Cafe Le Gallois — Restaurant in Wales

Poor customer service from a member of staff (older Italian? lady, didnt catch her name) and hardly any ham in the ham and cheese pannini! We arrived at about 430pm and when we asked if they are still serving the charcuterie board she said she wont do anything faffy ... which basically sounded like she couldnt be bothered. When we complained that the ham and cheese pannini had only a few small shreds of ham (tiny pieces of ham only on the outer side of the pannini, to make it look full!) she said "the ham is just an addition, the cheese pannini is the same price" - no effort to check or engage. Lovely café with very friendly staff and tasty food. Sandwiches, cakes, jackets, breakfasts etc. We had egg mayo and bacon sandwiches which is quite an unusual combo and it was excellent.
