Chaplains Ice cream shop is a definite place to visit when in Rhosneigr. The staff are wonderful and friendly and also to fur babies . They greet you with a smile every visit and are really helpful. My 5 month old labrador got to know his way there and got really excited when we got close to the shop because he knew he was going to be getting his favourite ice cream and some fuss as a bonus. Rude lady serving, very impatient with customer's because they were not queuing from outside and she was making it known that she was unhappy. There's not a huge selection but the ice cream is nice I just felt unwelcome and that put me off completely (a couple of other people commented on her rudeness in the que so it didn't go unnoticed) The staff did seem efficient and were working very hard to serve...

First off, the staff were very friendly so kudos to their customer service. However, forgetting the overpriced cost of £3.60 per scoop, it's still the most expensive ice cream I've had as I had to dump it fairly soon after tasting how bad it was.
