Just popped in whilst travelling through, and what a wonderful joyful find this cute little cafe was. Although the ceilings are low, the decor was well thought out and stylish. Now, onto the food and drink - delightful little handmade baked cakes were delicious and just the right amount of moisture. We have a choice of 3 shared between us because they all looked so good and we didn't want to miss out. Drinks were speedy and tasty, the perfect accompanying refreshments. The lovely lady who served us was warm welcoming and very attentive. When we next pass through we are Definitely Stopping in here ! Well done Cobblers Tea Room! Bob on!

So you are driving east from Aberystwyth on the A470 to England and how does a tea-room get a top rating better than any services you have ever experienced? By serving the most delicious cheese and spring onion sandwiches in an high class cake-box, in the most beautiful town called Llanidloes! Thank you so much to the waitress who made our sandwich on Saturday 13-Nov, and let us wait at one of her tables whilst she organised our lunch in a jiffy!

Called in to get a takeaway cake for my daughter, who chose a Victoria sponge and declared it the best she had ever eaten! So much so that we called in again before leaving the village to grab 2 more cakes! (Carrot and coffee & walnut). Both equally as delicious as the first! The (I presume) owner was lovely and friendly, I would definitely recommend this gorgeous little tea shop.

An absolute gem in Llanidloes. Helen is so lovely. On our first visit we were looking for some eggfree lunch options. As there were limited options on the current menu, Helen very kindly suggested a vegetarian/vegan cafe around the corner. She did tempt us with the Welsh rarebit and we returned the next day for tea and a snack. It was lovely to hear more about the history of the tea shop and about the owners themselves. Such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The kids were fascinated by the wonders hidden in the washroom! So much care and attention in every detail. Cannot be missed if you are...
