Hanging Gardens Café — Restaurant in Wales

A little conflicted when writing this review as it was a lovely venue with a good atmosphere and definitely worth a visit for that reason. However, the food was a little disappointing. I would say it is overpriced for what you get. The coffee was pleasant, but nothing to write home about. On the other hand, the biscoff cake was delicious. I am so conflicted here because the venue I wanted to rate as a 5 or more, but the food was barely a 1 and the service wasn’t terrific either. Our paninis were rock hard and with very little filling inside, and the coconut milk in my coffee wasn’t barista standard so had curdled. The very young girls who seem to run the whole place were like deer in the headlights and seemed to need some adult support. Amazing little cafe in Llanidloes.

Isnt your typical cafe with full english breakfasts so not for everyone, but an amazing experience throughout.

Lovley asthetic and vibe to the place, really nice to just sit in here.

Small area for the little ones to play.

Fair prices and lovley food, highly reccomend the chicken tikka Panini and ham and leak quiche.

Shout out to the fella who works weekends with the hat, gave the little en a free piece of cake.
