Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Wales

Just popped to Costa to get a takeout coffee. Only Had 2 customers in front of me but took 15 mins to get served!!! There were 4 staff, one taking orders, 2 making drinks and one clearing tables. Once the 2 customers in front had been served the 2 guys decided to blatantly ignore me and have a conversation, the young lady who was clearing came behind the counter to put plates away smiled at me and walked away and the girl who was working at the till didn’t even acknowledge my presence!! When I finally got acknowledge there was no apology and the guy who served me took my order and then continued his conversation with his friend before starting my coffee! If it had been busy I’d understand but the slow service was sheer ignorance and not needed, I won’t...

Called in here for a coffee and biscuit/cake, late Saturday afternoon. Jordan was on duty and advised us that closing time was near but we were welcome to stay. Well the coffee is the usual standard I get from Costa.. Happy with that. The cakes were delicious too.. One fractured as Jordan put it on the plate and the look of horror on his face showed me that he had great concern for customer satisfaction.. Apologies galore and they felt sincere. Without hesitation, he went and got a new, unbroken biscuit/cake from the display. Thank you Jordan for your kindness and I should say, if Costa management actually read these... This young lad is an absolute credit to your organisation. I hope that he gets the positive feedback that...

I probably visit a Costas coffee daily for my break and I'd like to complain to the company itself about the lack of air conditioning in the Trostre Park shop. Far the past year the heat is kn someday unbearable as the air con doesn't work! Feel so sorry for your staff who have to work in these conditions! I often leave due to the heat. Your a company no doubt making a mint yet you xant bothered to make this shop a pleasant environment for staff and customers ..The heat coming from the fridges is awful...PLEASE SORT THIS PROBLEM OUT ASAP..YOU MAKE ENOUGH MONEY AND I AS WELL AS OTHERS SPEND A LOT OF MONEY...YOUR STAFF...
